The Pre-cooked Thick Noodles is actually not oily at all, it's just appears that way as rapeseed oil is used in the process. The noodles are slippery and salty. Although it has been dried at final step, noodles are moist. Pre-cooked Thick Noodles have a good umami flavor and are easy to eat.
