Shanghai Thick Noodles

A vegan, wheat-based noodle characterized by white, thick, and chewy texture. Try it in soups or as a vegetarian alternative to noodle. Wash the noodles in cold water after cooking to remove the starch from the noodles. This will increase the flavor of the noodles.

Shanghai Thick Noodles are about the delicate taste of the chopstick’s noodles and the spoonful of soup.
