Shanghai Thick Noodles
A vegan, wheat-based noodle characterized by white, thick, and chewy texture. Try it in soups or as a vegetarian alternative to noodle. Wash the noodles in cold water after cooking to remove the starch from the noodles. This will increase the flavor of the noodles.
